- Parking lot with heavy crane system of 150 ton. Capacity having strip footing for this heavy mobile surcharge has been designed and built in 1992-96. Dead weight of each ship design was about 17000t.
- Transfer yard with heavy mechanical and winches could change the location of each ship from heavy ship trolly from one to other parking.
- In Bustano Area of Bandar-Abbas has a very agresive condition for reinforced concrete which is coped with this problem. That is why impervious high strength concrete of 60 to 85 Mpa was necessary for Durability and stability of these structures.
- Facility channels of whole shipyard needed the same concrete characteristics. In total for parking area with dimension of 600*230 m was used, for various structures of ship building.
- A twin dry dock with internal dimension of 550*75 and 350*75 m with 13.5 m depth, was designed (detail design) and it was constructed after construction of parking lot.
